Rex Automaton is a premium automation and AI agency based in Vancouver, BC. We have automated 150+ businesses since 2018 across telecom, real estate, accounting, education, and SaaS.
Why this exists
Most automation projects fail not because the technology cannot do the job, but because the build is over-scoped, under-tested, and handed off without the operator understanding how it works. We started Rex Automaton to fix that pattern: ship lean, document everything, and treat the client as the primary user of the system.
Founded by Jacky Lei in 2018. 150+ businesses automated. 90% of our clients are US-based B2B operators doing $500K to $10M in revenue. The roster is intentionally small so the work stays high-touch and the systems we ship stay alive.
How we work
Client-facing simplicity
The system you see is intentionally simple. Behind it can sit thirty integrations and a hundred branches of logic, but you should never have to think about that.
Phased builds
We ship in tight, scoped phases. You get value in week one, not month four. Phase 2 starts only when phase 1 is paying for itself.

We do not start building until we can describe your process back to you in plain language and you nod. The cheapest mistake is the one we catch in conversation.
