When you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write about your business or the problem you want solved.

When you call one of our phone lines, the call may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve how we handle calls.

When you browse the site, we collect standard usage data through analytics and advertising tools: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us (for example, which ad or search brought you here).

To respond to you, prepare for and run your call, send you what we promised, and deliver the services you hire us for.

To measure which of our marketing actually works. We use conversion tracking (such as Google Ads) and product analytics, which rely on cookies and similar technologies.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Service providers that make the business run: scheduling, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and call handling. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

We use cookies for analytics and to attribute conversions to the ads that drove them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jacky@rexautomaton.com and we will handle it promptly.

We operate from British Columbia, Canada, and handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
