How it works
A weekly Google Apps Script reads AppFolio v1 REST reports through the API and composes per investor meeting notes. One limit surfaced fast: the Owner Statement is a UI only report that the REST data API does not expose, so the build works from the reports the API does return.

Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
AppFolio API access is plan gated and there is no native Google Workspace connector for investor reporting. Knowing which reports the API actually returns is most of the job.
