The problem
A real estate brokerage had 5,000+ leads sitting in their database with no capacity to call them all. Manual qualification was the bottleneck. By the time an agent got around to a lead, the buyer was already working with someone else.
What we built
We built a conversational voice agent on ElevenLabs that makes outbound calls, qualifies each lead (buying vs renting, budget, bedroom count, timeline), collects contact info with read-back confirmation, and books appointments straight into the agent's calendar. The voice uses natural pacing, filler words, and pauses, so prospects don't hang up on it the way they would a robocaller.
Results
- Sounds human enough that prospects stay on the call
- Books appointments without an agent in the loop
- Frees the sales team to focus on closings, not screening
