Their sales team was hunting deal announcements manually across news sites and industry blogs, burning 20+ hours a week on research, duplicating outreach, and missing time-sensitive RFP windows.
What we built
We built a six-step automated lead-gen and outreach pipeline. An RSS ingestion layer monitors 20+ trade journals and infrastructure-funding feeds in real time. A custom scoring model weights project size, regional fit, and timeline urgency, then dedupes against Capcon's CRM. Only the top 30% advance into a dynamic 5-email Outreach.io sequence with personalized first lines referencing the specific funded project. High-intent replies auto-route to phone follow-up.
