The problem
A real estate investment firm with $3M AUM was generating monthly distribution statements manually for each investor. Property data lived in AppFolio, but the formatting, branding, and per-investor splits all happened in spreadsheets.
What we built
We built a direct AppFolio API integration that pulled the canonical data, applied per-investor ownership splits, generated personalized PDF statements with the firm's branding, and emailed each one with the right subject and attachments. End to end, no human touched it.
