Chris C. Gallagher runs a wholesale real estate education business through Instagram (@chriscgallagher). His DMs were generating 200+ inquiries a day — course questions, community membership, wholesaling clarifications — each taking 2-3 minutes of personalized response. That added up to 8+ hours a day, 2,160 hours a year, time he couldn't spend creating content or closing high-ticket sales.

What we built

We deployed a fully automated DM-handling system. Inbound messages get classified by intent (course inquiry, community question, wholesaling help). Each category has dynamic response templates with merge fields for personalization. High-intent leads ("how do I enroll now?") get escalated for human touch within 5 minutes. Every qualified lead syncs into Chris's CRM with tags and next-step reminders. The whole stack runs analytics on volume, response times, and DM-to-enrollment conversion.

Results

  • 2,160 hours/year of manual DM work eliminated (≈ a full-time assistant)
