IT360 is New Zealand's largest managed-IT-services provider. Their enterprise customers were generating 2,000+ sales calls per month at ~60 minutes each. Managers spent 15 minutes per call writing summaries (500 hours/month). New hires logged 40 hours each just listening to recordings. Insights were buried in audio, coaching was inconsistent, and onboarding was glacial.

What we built

We built an AI sales-call summarization and insights platform. Every call is auto-transcribed and condensed into a 2-3 minute structured executive summary with grades for Greeting, Discovery, Objection Handling, and Closing. The system extracts pain points, pricing objections, and buying signals, tags calls by product line and region, and feeds everything into CRM deal records and LMS training modules. Real-time dashboards flag calls needing follow-up or compliance review.
