LandFinder needed to surface partnership opportunities with adjacent landowners and municipalities. Cold outreach in this segment is brutal because most contacts are not actively listed online.
What we built
We built a custom prospect-discovery pipeline that pulled property records, cross-referenced ownership data with LinkedIn and corporate registries, and verified contact info before outreach. Each first email referenced the specific parcel and ownership pattern, signalling we had done the homework.
