How it works
An RSS ingestion layer watches 20+ trade journals and infrastructure funding feeds, a scoring model ranks each prospect by project size, regional fit and timeline urgency, and only the top 30% go into a personalized five email Outreach.io sequence that references the specific funded project. Duplicates are checked against the CRM and a master prospect database before anything sends.
What triggers it
A new infrastructure funding announcement in a monitored feed.
Step by step
- 1RSS feeds are read in real time and each announcement becomes a prospect record
- 2Apollo supplies the contacts at the funded organization
- 3A scoring model weights project size, regional fit and timeline urgency
- 4The top 30% are deduped against the CRM and enrolled in an Outreach.io sequence
- 5First lines are written about the specific funded project, and high intent replies route to a phone follow up
Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
Apollo and Outreach.io connect natively, but neither one knows which prospects just received funding. The value is in the feed monitoring and scoring that decides who gets a sequence at all.
