A Google Apps Script polls the Housecall Pro API and sends each customer text through GoHighLevel from the business's own number: estimate reminders a day ahead, a review request the moment a job is marked complete, and walkthrough confirmations with the address. The same job mirrors the Housecall Pro schedule into Outlook every 15 minutes.

Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
