How it works
Lenders keep the lead forms they already use and add one email alias. Each application email is parsed by an AI extraction layer, the applicant fields are sent to the Microbilt and Agility Credit bureau APIs, a signed consent PDF is stored on demand, and every bureau response is logged to a searchable dashboard.
What triggers it
A loan application email arrives at the lender's alias.
Step by step
- 1CloudMailin receives the email and posts it to the platform
- 2GPT-5-mini extracts the applicant fields into the bureau payload shape
- 3The platform calls the bureau API from a static IP
- 4The response and a signed consent PDF are stored against the applicant
- 5Every pull is logged to the dashboard the lender searches
Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
Lenders refuse to replace forms they spent months integrating, and the bureaus require a specific payload and a static IP. No connector sits between an arbitrary email and a bureau API.
