How it works
An iPhone shortcut drops a card photo into Google Drive, OpenAI Vision extracts the contact, AI drafts a priority aware follow up, and the contact lands in a Notion CRM with the draft attached. Moving the record to In progress sends the email through Gmail and stamps it Done.

Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
