A Make.com scenario watches new Shopify orders every 15 minutes, filters them to the postal codes the install crew services, flags which install add ons each order includes, writes every match to a Google Sheet, and exposes the result as a read only API other tools can read.

Step by step
- 1Make.com pulls new orders from Shopify
- 2Orders outside the serviced postal codes, and store pickups, are dropped
- 3Install add ons on each order are flagged
- 4Each local order is written to the crew's Google Sheet, with a datastore backup
- 5The sheet is exposed as a read only API
Why an off the shelf connector was not enough
Shopify shows every order and has no native view of only paid local orders with their add ons. The filter and enrichment are the whole point.
