The problem
Every sales call generated 30 to 45 minutes of after-work: drafting a follow-up email, writing a scope-of-work doc, updating the CRM. Doing that across back-to-back discovery calls meant the founder spent more time documenting calls than taking them.
What we built
Fathom drops the transcript into Google Drive. A scenario picks it up, runs AI analysis to extract pain points, proposed automations, and rough ROI numbers, then generates a branded scope-of-work Google Doc and a personalized follow-up email draft. Notion gets the call notes and next-step tasks. The founder reviews the draft, sends it, moves on.
Results
- We use this internally on every discovery call
- Back-to-back meetings are now actually viable
