Most automation agencies sell hours saved. Hours are easy to claim and hard to spend: nobody banks the forty minutes a day an assistant got back. So this page tracks the number owners actually care about, which is money. What each automation we built made or recovered for the client, where that number comes from, and what kind of number it is.
We update it every month as builds go live and clients report back. Every figure below links to the full case study.
The scoreboard
| Client | What we built | Result | Type of number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capcon Networks (telecom infrastructure) | AI outreach pipeline that finds funded projects and writes the first line | $3.5M+ incremental pipeline, 23% reply rate | Pipeline |
| RocketPlanTech (restoration SaaS) | AI call center for inbound emergency calls and outbound follow up | $3.42M incremental ARR, inbound conversion 10% to 15% | Recurring revenue |
| Forward Funding Canada (small business lending) | AI underwriting that reads bank statements and routes good files fast | $830,250 a year, funded deal rate about 10% to 25% | Revenue lift plus cost |
| Lyft Commodity (commodity trading) | Voice note transcription straight into the trade system | $665,381 a year, 192% first year ROI | Cost recovered plus trader time |
| IT360 (managed IT, New Zealand) | Sales call summaries and grading synced to CRM and training | $555K a year | Cost recovered |
| Chris C. Gallagher (education creator) | Instagram DM triage with 5 minute escalation of hot leads | $172,800 a year, DM to enrollment conversion up 30% | Opportunity value |
How we count
Three rules keep this page honest.
We never add different kinds of money together. Pipeline is not revenue, and a cost you stopped paying is not a sale. Adding Capcon's pipeline to RocketPlanTech's recurring revenue would give a big round total that means nothing, so there is no grand total at the top of this page.
Revenue first, cost second. The two that moved revenue directly are the ones to look at first. RocketPlanTech's AI call center answered emergency calls that used to sit on hold, and inbound conversion went from 10% to 15%, which is roughly 1,369 new customers a year at $2,500 each. Forward Funding's lift came mostly from speed: qualified files get contacted in under a minute, and their funded deal rate climbed from about 10% to about 25%. That speed effect is well documented; firms that respond within an hour are far more likely to qualify a lead than those that wait, per the Harvard Business Review study on lead response.
We show the basis. "Opportunity value" for Chris Gallagher is the time his DMs used to eat, priced at what that time earns when spent on sales. Lyft Commodity's figure combines labor cost removed and trader hours valued at their effective hourly rate. Those are real, but they are a different kind of number from new customers, so the table says which is which.
What the winners have in common
Looking across the six, the automations that produced the most money share three traits.
- They sit on the revenue path, not beside it. Calls, leads, applications and DMs are where money enters a business. Automating a back office report is useful; automating the moment a buyer reaches out is worth more.
- They make the first response fast. Every revenue result above involves speed: emergency calls answered, funded projects contacted the week they were announced, qualified files reached in under a minute.
- A person still closes. None of these replaced the salesperson or underwriter. They removed the waiting and the busywork in front of them, so the human spends their time on buyers who are ready.
What changes month to month
New builds get added when there is a number we can stand behind, usually after a full month of live data. We leave out clients who have asked us not to be named, and white label work we deliver for other agencies never appears here. If a client's number changes, the row changes and the date at the top of the post moves.
If you want to know what a row on this table would look like for your business, our free AI demo builds one working automation on your own workflow, and the ROI calculator gives you a first estimate in about a minute.
Frequently asked questions
Are these numbers guaranteed for my business?
No. They are what these specific clients got from these specific builds. Your result depends on how much revenue already passes through the step being automated. A business with 10 inbound calls a day has less to win from an AI receptionist than one with 100.
Why is pipeline listed separately from revenue?
Because pipeline is the value of deals opened, not deals closed. It is a fair measure of an outreach system's output, but it would be misleading to count it as money in the bank, so we label it.
How often is this page updated?
Monthly. New results are added once a build has at least a month of live data behind it.
What counts as a result going live?
A build is added once it has run on real customer traffic for at least a month and the client has seen the effect in their own numbers, whether that is calls answered, deals funded or replies booked.
