Operations and admin automation

Admin work is the tax a growing business pays for having customers, and it scales with headcount unless something stops it. This is where we write up the internal plumbing: onboarding checklists that build themselves, approvals that route without a chase, files that land in the right folder under the right name, hiring pipelines that screen and schedule without a coordinator, and the small recurring jobs that quietly eat a day a week. If a task repeats, has clear rules, and nobody enjoys it, there is probably a post here about removing it.
